Driven by a deep commitment to transforming educational opportunities in underserved communities, he works to address barriers to quality education while promoting gender equity, community empowerment, and locally driven development.

Eric has experience in program management, finance, operations, and administrative leadership across education institutions, international development initiatives, and social enterprises in East Africa.

His work includes managing budgets, coordinating complex projects, strengthening administrative systems, organizing strategic meetings and networking events, and supporting students through mentorship and community action initiatives.

Combining financial and economic analysis with practical experience in community-led development, Eric is interested in how public policy, international trade, environmental sustainability, and effective project delivery can contribute to inclusive and sustainable development across the Global South.

His work is guided by a belief that lasting change happens when communities are empowered to shape their own futures and when bold ideas are translated into practical, measurable impact.
